You Can Come Back from the Whale

Many organisations are now inside the most difficult stage of the AI transition — where AI capability has accelerated faster than the human systems needed to govern, question and use it well. Trust is under pressure. Roles feel unclear. Decision rights are uncertain. Workforce confidence begins to fracture.

But this is not the end of the story.
